During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was. Not a single area was dirty or untidy. The hotel facilities were truly outstanding, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful hotel garden and the spacious family room with great terraces. I was pleased to find that breakfast was very satisfying, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always striving to ensure that I had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

all good — we enjoyed our stay — food was nice and friendly stuff. chongqing is worth trip, tongyuanju subway station is 15 minutes walk for better exploring. we do recommend, maybe to friends. we used free parking onsite.

Reception staff very appreciated. Pool was great. The hotel met every demand, I would have extended the stay. Excellent home base for a weekend in Chongqing.

This resort is located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. It offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere for families to unwind and enjoy their vacation. Additionally, being located next to a large convention center makes it convenient for business travelers as well.

There have been some instances where the guest service department failed to meet the expectations of the guests, causing inconvenience and frustration.

The hotel's beach was stunning, with crystal clear water and clean sand. the staff made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable day on the beach. the seaview room was breathtaking, offering a bathtub on the balcony. Finally, the morning breakfast buffet was a real treat, with friendly staff members who could speak a variety of languages.

The hotel's location was quite far from the city and airport, making travel times long. there were no shopping centers or great restaurants nearby, making food options limited.

The free snacks and drinks in the room were a nice touch and the hotel was located in a great spot with easy access to the beach and main attractions. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

The room was not properly cleaned and there were dirty towels left behind. The noise level throughout the hotel was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs, especially the private facilities in our room. the restaurant had delicious food, and the bar/lounge area had a variety of drinks to choose from. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the swimming pool was a beautiful and relaxing area. Additionally, the location advantages were favorable, as it was easily accessible to attractions and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

The only minor issue we had was with the gym equipment which could use some upkeep. However, the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel were preserved.

Located in a bustling area, it's easy to access the city center and even the old town via the nearby bridges. Guests can also spend a day on Wuzhizhou Island. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and stunning views from the balcony.

The guest service was disappointing and lacked helpfulness when issues arose.

Had a wonderful Christmas here! The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still easily accessible. The buffet breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of foods. The service was top-notch and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which made us feel right at home. The rooms were well equipped and maintained.

The lack of food and drink service available by the beach, but this was made up by the fantastic service offered at the hotel's restaurants. we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning.
